I started my career in pubs and moving into restaurant management. Spending almost 15 years as manager, predominantly as a General Manager within casual & premium casual restaurant groups. I specialised in big volume sites with large teams.
My recruitment career started with JWR as a consultant and moving into recruitment for the largest pub & bar group in the UK. Then heading to a global QSR group where I headed up recruitment for their UK operation. Following this role, I moved to a world-renowned restaurant group where I was the recruitment manager for their Premium Casual and Super Premium estate.
I returned to JWR as a senior consultant and feel lucky to work with the best agency in our space. I specialise in senior FOH, BOH and Support Office roles for restaurants, pubs, bars & QSR.
