The Essential Skills as Conference and Banqueting manager:
- You should have a warm, personable nature, a can do attitude and an eye for detail
- You will have previous proven experience at management level in a hotel conference and banqueting operation or a similar high quality events environment within the 5 star market
- A track record of achievement in a Conference & Banqueting Department at Manager Level
- Well organised and structured in your approach
- a professional and confident communicator
