The Job of this Conference and Banqueting manager :

  • As part of the senior events management team in the largest department in this truly outstanding 4 star hotel, your role is a key contributor to the hotels success as manager of the conference and banqueting department
  • You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest's expectations within a 4 star environment.
  • Whether overseeing a high profile and complex conference, the most precious day of someone's life or an intimate family dinner, you will be able to drive and motivate your team of staff to exceed expectations and deliver results

The Essential Skills as Conference and Banqueting manager:

  • You should have a warm, personable nature, a can do attitude and an eye for detail
  • You will have previous proven experience at management level in a hotel conference and banqueting operation or a similar high quality events environment within the 5 star market
  • A track record of achievement in a Conference & Banqueting Department at Manager Level
  • Well organised and structured in your approach
  • a professional and confident communicator
