The hotel is a beacon of luxury, blending classic elegance with modern amenities. With a focus on delivering a refined guest experience, they offer sophisticated dining options, indulgent accommodation, and the standard of service that exceeds expectations. We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to step into a key leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure the highest standards in guest service, accommodation, and food & beverage.
- Team Development: Inspire and manage a dedicated team, ensuring staff deliver impeccable service in all areas of the hotel.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a visible presence on the floor, handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
- Performance Management: Assist in budget control, staff scheduling, and overall profitability to achieve financial targets.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and other relevant regulations, while maintaining brand standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for improving the guest experience and operational efficiencies across the hotel.
The requirements for The Deputy General Manager
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hotel environment.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in budgeting and financial performance.
- A hands-on approach and a natural ability to inspire and motivate a team.
