We're looking for someone just like you to lead the operations of our thriving online butcher business, based in our central production unit in Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the online butchery, ensuring the highest quality products and service.
- Manage production schedules, inventory, and logistics for timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and halal butchery standards.
- Streamline processes to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Utilise your knowledge of online retail operations to help scale the business and improve customer experience.

- Solid experience in managing operations in a production or butchery environment.
