ROLE: Operations Manager -4 star Country House Hotel
LOCATION : Worcestershire
SALARY: Up to £46,000 per year plus Benefits.
Our client is a luxury Independent Country House Hotel who requires an Operations Director/ Manager to have overall responsible for the smooth running of the hotel's operations including Restaurant, Bar, Conference and Events.
Operating to deluxe four-star standards, we require a polished hotel professional to lead the respective teams towards their individual and collective goals.
As such we require an established Director of Operations or Hotel Manager who will also be second in command and deputise in the absence of the General Manager.
We need someone who has a stable career from a Country House hotel operations background and preferably with extensive Food & Beverage knowledge.
