Director of Sales - Corporate (Hotels) | London-Based with UK Travel
Salary: £55,000 + bonuses / Benefits / Hybrid

We are proud to partner with an exceptional hotel group to find an experienced Director of Sales - Corporate to join their dynamic commercial team.
Location: London (with regular UK travel)
This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of prestigious, and luxury hotels.
The Role
As Director of Sales , you'll play a key role in delivering revenue growth across the Major and Minor Corporate segments, while contributing significantly to the Group and Long Stay segments. You'll be a strategic relationship builder, proactive sales leader, and brand ambassador - working closely with General Managers, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reactive Sales, and Operational Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise room nights and revenue.
- Build targeted account strategies tailored to the strengths and positioning of each hotel in the group.
- Develop strong relationships with Major and Local Corporate Accounts, TMCs, Long Stay Providers, Consortia, Specialist Agencies, and more.
- Host familiarisation trips, hotel show-arounds, and entertainment for key bookers.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to help shape strategic decisions.
- Maintain robust account plans and prepare regular reporting on performance, opportunities, and insights.
- Ensure all sales activity is aligned with the group's standards and best practices.
- Contribute positively to the wider success of the Sales and Hotel Teams.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll be a confident self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to drive corporate sales in the hotel sector. You'll be personable, strategic, and results-driven - someone who thrives in a collaborative and commercial environment.
You will have:
- Previous hotel sales experience, ideally within the Corporate segment.
- Proficiency in systems such as Lanyon, Agency 360, GDS, and OBTs.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- A warm, client-focused approach and ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure.
- A commitment to continuous learning and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
