General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant - Canary Wharf - £42,000 + Bonus (up to £10,000)
An independent quick service restaurant group, operating in London for the past eight years, is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its high-performing sites in Canary Wharf. Known for its commitment to fresh food, exceptional standards, and genuine hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone with strong QSR experience or a Head Chef looking to move into a more guest-facing leadership position while still maintaining a close connection to kitchen operations. The site offers a strong work-life balance, with the bulk of trade occurring Monday to Friday-a rare benefit in the hospitality industry.
Package Includes:
£42,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:
