Role: Director of Sales
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: up to £55,000 per year, negotiable plus Generous bonus.
A hotel Director of Sales or Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in driving sales and well-established contacts in the high-end 5 star corporate market is required to join the team of a stunning and unique hotel.
* This is a strategic and proactive role where you will be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities in all market sectors.
* This role will oversee a Marketing Assistant to drive the marketing strategy in line with the brand.
* Identify and proactively represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to develop a consistent pipeline of new sale leads for development.
The Essential Skills:
* The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Director of Sales or Senior Business Development Manager roles within corporate and 5 star luxury hotels
* Have an excellent Network to drive business from all over the country and ideally London with strong relationships with agencies and venue finders & comfortable with delivering presentations both on and off site.
